1. Acceptance of Terms

  • losses resulting from travel decisions, accidents, crimes, health issues, or safety incidents.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) €10 or (b) the amount you actually paid to us (excluding third-party payments) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vice Travellers and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflicts of law principles. If you are a business user, you agree that the courts of Warsaw, Poland will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights to bring claims in your place of residence.
